Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
3. Refunds
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed in the following way:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a return at no additional cost to you.
